As an owner-operated company, Kevin personally evaluates each floor, paying close attention to the details and recommending the right approach for your needs. From evaluation through completion, every project is handled with care—from protecting your home and respecting your space to clearly communicating the details of the work.

MY COMMITMENT TO QUALITY.

I started learning the trade when I was just 14. I was fortunate to have mentors who taught me not only the skills, but also the importance of taking pride in your work and doing things the right way. In 1985, at 19, I started my own company, Colonial Floor Service.

I’ve had the opportunity to work on all kinds of floors and develop my skills in installation, refinishing, repairs, carpentry, and staircases. But, after all these years, what matters most to me hasn’t changed: I want every floor I work on to be something I’m proud to put my name on.

I take pride in providing professional service and treating every flooring project as if it were being done in my own home. I emphasize the SERVICE in Colonial Floor Service because treating people and their homes with care and respect has always been just as important to me as doing quality work and creating beautiful floors that last.
