A LEGACY OF CRAFTSMANSHIP.

Founded in 1985 by owner Kevin Lehouillier, Colonial Floor Service was built on the values he learned from his mentors: pride in his work, quality craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.

Decades later, Kevin remains personally involved in every project, from initial evaluation through completion. His standard is simple: every floor should be something he’s proud to put his name on.
